The 5-step FocusOPEX Change Management Framework is designed to achieve total system improvement now and in the future.  After the Analyze step, we provide a custom detailed plan based on your unique business environment that is implemented over the next 4 steps.  The analysis approach and improvement methods used will vary slightly depending on the business model: manufacturing, projects or distribution.

We understand that this approach will not appeal to everyone. Some of the techniques we employ may be counterintuitive or even go against long-held manufacturing beliefs.
